np435 question

I have a 71' f100 4x4 with an NP435 transmission. It has a married Dana 21 transfer case. I want to put an NP205 in the Dana 21's place . Can anyone tell me how many splines are on the output shaft of the NP435? I really do not want to separate the two to find out because it is still in truck and I use it daily. Any info. on this is greatly appreciated.

All full size ford trucks use the same output shaft and tranfercase bolt pattern. the only thing that varies is th depth of the tailhousing, some are deepr tahn others.
