Spark plugs are under COPs (individual coils on top of the plugs). There is no distributor nor are there any wires. Look again and it will make more sense. The COPs are easily removed to expose the plugs.
Changing plugs is the only traditional "tune up" item, but while you're at it, you'll probably want to change the fuel filter, pcv valve, clean the MAF sensor and inspect and clean the TB (although Ford advises against cleaning the TB).
