Looking at replacing my home's heating-oil fed boiler. One vendor wants to install a weil-mclane boiler with a beckett burner. Another wants to install a Buderis boiler with a Riallo burner (I've never heard of these 2 brands). Any advice on these or other brands will be greatly appreciated.
They are both good burners. The Beckett is a more common burner. The Relio is an Italian made burner that not everyone stocks parts for. I've never heard of or installed a Buderis boiler. Between the two I'd say go with the weil mclain. Another good choice would be a Burnham.
my old one is a new york and I believe it's about 32 years old. It's rusting out and the guys that service it every year have been patching it up when they work on it
