all you need to do is find a truck with the parts on it they are available for that truck have seen them in many bone yards you want a challenge put ps on a 72 4x4
For the power brakes, I snagged a booster and master cylinder from a '72 F100. The brake pushrod had to be shortened, but maybe you'll get lucky and won't have to.
TC: The upgrades you want to do are most popular with the '65 and '66 ford trucks. Search for threads on these trucks, and you will get quite a bit of information.
You may find it more feasible to put your body on a later chassis, if you really want the upgrades.
For example, there was a beat up '73 F-100 with a bad 360, good C-6, PS and PB for sale on E-bay. Seller wanted only $175, and it didn't sell. Get one like it and either transplant the disc brakes to your truck, or your body to the '73 frame.
Research it well, and you will find the the problems you avoid in advance to be well worth your time.
I'm about to put true 3/4 ton stuff on my 68. The kingpins are bigger so I also had to get the I-beams. I think the radius arms are going to be OK. These are the dual caliper units with 8 lug wheels. There "3/4 ton" trucks that share front end parts with the 1/2 tons. There appears to be some misinformation in this websites tech article ( https://www.ford-trucks.com/articles...conversion.php) on this subject but nothing too drastic. For example it does matter does matter from which truck you get the parts and I have no idea where he found rebuilt calipers for $10 even a few years ago. Don't be misled, they cost about ten times that or more. But the article will get you going more or less in the right direction.
