thanks for the welcome. proud owner of a 56 f100. bought it about 5 yrs ago. had a 302 in it when i got it, bunch of bearing noises so decided to drop another 302 back in. something got out of hand and the next thing i know the body was off the frame. 1 yr later body work is done and going back together.oh that 302 is now a 351w bumped out to 427. maybe 6 more months it will be on the road.

Funny how if you aren't careful, that body'll jump right off of the frame. Gotta watch those things.
I like the sound of that - "bumped out" Theres plenty of room for "bumpin'" under that hood.
Sounds like a nice project, all in all. We'll have to coerce you into puttin some pictures up on here - if you need a hand at that, just ask.
Hey now...I've learned alot in just the few days I've been on board...I reckon that you will too...every thread I've read has been informative. Welcome.

Dad guided me at that 86 F250 down the rocks to the desert floor....he said he never seen such a thing...we camped that night to the howl of coyotes and skittish jackrabbits....the next day, we looked for gold.
