factory pcm modifications
i purchased an f350 recently, and there is a sticker on the airbox from a ford dealer, it says: authorized modifications

PCM reprogram EEC4
the original owner told me it has "the ambulance program" in it
does anybody know anything about this mod? can you give me details?(hp increase, other variables that have been changed, etc). Thanx in advance-pete

With the ambulance program, when you develop enough boost, your lights start to flash, and your horn will sound intermittently.

Way to go Scott ! The ambulance package may have something to do with the way it idles - different around accident scenes and hospitals - or maybe something to do with charging circuit - more lights need more recharging.
