Need some help

I'm looking at putting some cross-drilled high performance rotors on my 2002 f250 superduty diesel. Here is my confusion. First i have 4 wheel drive don't i have a mono axel? i have been running into places asking me if i have a two piece. Next does any one know if we have 13 inch or 14 1/2 inch rotors? I was hoping some one could help me with out having to take the wheels off. Also who has the best cross drilled rotors out there? i put trw powerstops on my ranger and love them. \Any advice would be most appriciated.

I think the front rotors are 13" and the rears are 12".

That's a big negative on that one bro. Solid axle Dana 50, or 60 depending on year model, GWV, etc. but all live axle.

Except for the 4x2's, they use coil spring/I-beam front ends, but it's a bit different than the old twin I beam.

Thanks, man. I knew the pre '99 F250's don't have the straight axle, but wasn't sure about the SuperDuties. I'll file that info away for future reference.
