airbag warning light code 24?
hi all hope this is the right forum. I have a 98 ranger and the other morning after a large snow storm I had my truck warming up and the airbag light began to flash 2 blinks then 4 blinks then it ran the same pattern 2 more times and then it stayed lit. when I turn off the vehicle it will do this same pattern after I restart it can anyone tell me what this code means and am I off to the dealer or is it something that can be reset on my own. thanks for any responses.

If you plan on doing the repair yourself, remember to disconnect the + then the - battery terminals for at least 5 minutes before proceeding. When you're done replace the battery terminals - then +.
