I though I would add that they are effected by stores like wal mart that sell toys at a slim margain to get people in a Christmas Time knowing you migh buy a big ticket electronic intem etc while there.
We had a K.B Toys here in our mall. They seemed to have a lot of chuck-save-a- buck versions of the toys for sale.Maybe different stores carry different brands.I wasn't to impressed.
I thought we established quite awhile ago that anything at all to do with a store closing down Has to be Wal-Mart's fault. Or even on cutting back stores. I'm sorry to see Kay-Bee go, where I used to buy all my models and ho scale train accessories. They had a better selection than the local hobby shop. Which closed down about three years after Kay-Bee entered. Hmmm,,,, seeing a trend anyone?
I used to work at Kay-Bee for all of two weeks during the X-mas season. Sad to see em go, they are pullin out of Little Rock also. Do not know of another store anywhere around, and I am sure the store in the little strip mall I worked at will be closing doors also.
