Hello,
I used to be up on all this car audio stuff. That was four years ago. I'm now 20 and way more worried with audio and such on my DJ system.
But on those long drives and commutes to job, school I have found it necessary to get a system for the ol ford.
I don't know which brands are even good anymore, but i want to replace all components, and put i a video touch screen dvd. Prolly got that one covered already, but i also need subs. Must be able to fit under my seat, so are those thunderforms any good? or should i do it another way? I'd like a nice bumpin system but not something that's gonna rattle er to pieces or cause the neighbors to wake. But any feed back would be appreciated. What kind of stuff have you used and what would you recommend.
get some kole audio mfw-12's or 10's. they are only 4" deep and they pound. i use 2 of the 12's with a crunch 1000.1d amp and i compete with it. if i was just going for something that wouldn't **** the neighbors off i would go with the 10 with probably the crunch 1000.1d amp. if you go this way, make sure you get a good wiring kit and a cap and probably a high out put alternator. hope this helps.
