my broke ford

help guys
iv got 34 ton 93 ford my 4x4 makes a real loud and hard vibration when engaged it goes into gear but send any power to the unit it skips (or vibrates bad) i love my truck its black 33 bfgs at's nice aluminin rims sun visor brush gaurd its got a crack in the t case all the oil leaked out i didn't know it and now it doese this help me

If your t-case is cracked and all the oil leaked out, I would say thats the problem, no,low,or dirty oil. Checkthe oil in the front diff. When I had bad vibration in 4x4 I got front & rear diffs and the transfer case oil sucked out and new oil put in. And it ran very smooth in 4x4 after that. I paid around $80.00 Cdn. I couldn't get the oil out from the front diff So I took the truck in to get it done.

I would also make sure its a good heavy oil. My friend has a vette and when he changed the gear oil he must have put in an inferior blend because when he took a corner the gears would engage and disengage. He put a heavier oil in it and it didnt do it again.

Only what oil the manufacture recomends. Most diferentials use 80-90 gear lube. As for the transfer case it may need a synthetic not sure when ford went to that. If it doesn't take a synthetic it most likely uses ATF.
