What is the setup?? Street or Off-Road? That is alot of horsepower, and I don't know whether it is too much to where your going to need to do some reinforcing around the frame, and you will probably need a stronger transmission also, but that would have tons of low end power!!

first off is your bronco is fuel injected you will need to upgrade your computer system to mass air. also with that much juice you will need to upgrade your tranny with hd hardware possibly a shiftkit, just dont use one of those electric plug in due dads they suck. also i would contact them about where that engine makes its power. if it doenst kick in until 2500+ rpms then it will hard getting around. you want low end power just and fyi. other then that it looks like a sweet setup.

later

you will not need to reinforce the frame people are swaping 460's into these broncos all the time . so going to a 440hp motor wont make any bit of difference. The mass air conversion can get a bit spendy, figure anywhere between 500 to 1000 bucks. the c-6 is a good auto tranny and can handle a lot but not 440hp with out a build up first. i would just run it and build up after it goes. the c-6 is one of the cheapest to upgrade to. i suggest you go to this site
www.fordfuelinjection.com and speak with Ryan. this guys knows ford EFI real well and can set you up with a mass air kit.
good luck
