Driving Lights

Looking at the front of my truck, it sure seems like where those tow hooks go would be a nice place for driving lights. Has anyone found any to fix and are there any made to bolt in there?

I fas at the ford parts dept. today, checked on lights they have for superduty that go next to front lin/plate. # 0 _______ 0 #
hook lgt plate lgt hook
They wanted $250.00 list price for the ford kit for superduty. I purchased lights from k-mart they seam just as good to me and for a lot less $50.00.

Sorry Ed, but you know that old saying- you get what you pay for-. I've had many K-mart specials on my past trucks... To RickRe, you get the hint? Go to Ford and order the foglight kit # F81Z15200AA. Sure 250 dollars sounds high, but after spending $35,000 on my new truck, its worth it.

Hi,

I had a quick "micro fiche" type look at the foglight kit for the 99 SuperDutys. I really want to get it but I'm not totally sure about the $240.00 price. Sure, they come w/ a factory light switch, but is that the reason its really worth all that money? I'd rather talk to someone like you to see what they think, hence this email, or see if I can get a picture posted of what one looks like. Any help w/ the parts manufacturer of the lights would be appreciated.
