Drive line loss?

just wondering i was figuring about 20-25% loss on my truck it has C6 with shift kit, 2 piece drive shaft and 9" 3.55 LS rearend. Just wanted to know what you guys thought the loss might be.

probally close to 25% loss. I consider my setup for having a 30% but i have 4x4.
