I have a 138" ClubWagon w/15 passenger seating. And I have FRIGID air. Maybe the front and rear helps, but many a time I have to turn off the rear A/C cause the kids are freezing. My 1993 E-150 had front and rear air, but it was a Mark III conversion, and the rear air never got cold, just luke-cool. What a difference the almighty V-10 makes when the a/c switches on as opposed to the 5 liter, WOW.
Mrfix, thanks for your encouragement. I'm tired of having to perspire enough so that the COOL (not cold) air flowing over me causes me to feel cool because of my persiration...that's what windows are for!!
I'll be ready for any "scam" the dealer might throw my way. Although my dealer is a charm. OK, maybe his mechanic might throw some lame excuse my way, but I'll be ready.

My sister owns a Focus and said the same thing about her A/C.
"Weak!"
She lives in the high desert of California and goes without the A/C most of the time. Too slow and not worth the hot air blast she gets. That tells you how slow and cheap Ford's new A/C design is working.
Recall or what? (The engineer who created this monster).

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 24-Jun-02 AT 12:59 PM (EST)]I have an 02 SC and not only notice poor AC performance, but the vent air seems alot hotter than the outside air. This is especially noticable after driving for 30 mins. or so. Seems like it's being heated on the way in?? Is there some vacuum operated door that is maybe at fault??
