these old bones

well i know i am still a youngin at 20(21 in less than a month woohoo!) but i wrecked my mountain bike after attempting to jump a small dirt mound. i know i havent ridden a bike in 8 yrs, but i thought i could handle it.....the older i get the less my body wants to accept the damage i try to do to it

Hmmm, I don't care what I do to my joints, I love to hike, and I will continue to do so until I can no longer breathe. Keeping yourself active will help ease the pain of screwing up when you haven't done that kind of stuff for a long time.

The way I see it......you are ok until 45 then you start to fall apart.

Wanna swap X-rays? I don't do ladders on barns in the winter anymore for good reason.

Ya only get one set of bones. Well, several sets if you land wrong.

You might want to do a few warmup exercises first, such as jumping a mud puddle,or pop a few wheelies,just to get limbered up a little.lol
