i have a 84 b2 and had to replaces the flywheel ,becauses the ring gear teeth where gone. so we replaces the flywheel ring gear and r&r the surfes and clutch, reinstalled and the starer wouldnt ingaged.we replaces with a new one and still ingageds hard and load .was told no shims and only on style ,. help before i have to replaces the ring gear a again...thank you
