I do get a little tire rub but only if I am turning sharply are coming into a turn when going downhill. Nothing that is serious enough that warrants going higher. Although I am not doing the radical offroad stuff that some people try to do. I still have to be able to use the truck for street stuff. I believe is is 2 inches and it is pretty close to level. I think my gallery has a picture.

Try calling donahoeracing. and i believe you will find vendors to order from on that site. there is a link at the far top right that reads shop online stores. That should get ya.

Is it just the springs you rub on or do your tires rub on the innerfender as well?
