What's the consensus on sway bars. I have a 02 F150 Fx4 for which I am contemplating installing rear sway bars. The thinking is that it will be a little less floaty in windy conditions and maybe stay a little tighter in turns. Any favorite brands? Are they worth it?
I am sorta surprised that they are not installed at the factory or does Ford deem them not necessary
I dont have much experience with aftermarket sway bars other than on race cars. If you add a sway bar to the back you may need to add a heavier one to the front to balance out the handling. One company that comes to mind is www.addco.net
