Just thought I would post my finding on the fix for the run test code of 411 unable to control low idle and the high idle condition.
It turns out that my PCV valve was allowing to much vaccum to pass and subsequently cause the truck to high idle and the computer could not set low idle speed using the IAC valve.
I found it by accident, the valve was rattling but much louder than normal. So, I pulled the valve out while truck was running and plugged the end with my finger and the truck went to normal low idle. Apparently, PCV are metered to allow only so much vaccum to pass through.
