Keep on it........it gets better. You'll feel better, and smell better.
My last smoke was Thanksgiving last year. Glad I did it.

wlihntr,

keep on it .....as jetta03 wrote: it's only a mental thing.
I quitt over a year ago and have not smoked 9600 cirgarettes since. That were 480 boxes or approx. 1536 bucks.
But the best.....I smell better, food taste better and I feel better.

Last week I visited the US with two smoking guys. In a restaurant or in a bar I realy have enjoyed that the guys have to go out to smoke , that is a thing I miss here in Germany, smoking is unfortunetely not forbidden in public restaurants or bars etc.

keep fighting, we are with you

Jens

Good luck. I quit cold turkey 10 years ago after smoking 2-3 packs a day for 20 years. After quitting I wondered why in He!! did ever smoke in the first place.
Give it all you got. You will feel a lot better afterwards.

It's been since the first week of November for me, Over 20 years of infecting my lungs at a rate of two packs a day on average, now I feel like a teenager again, after the inital shock to the system (first 3 days for me) it's a breeze, ya I still get the craving something awfull at times, but I just tell myself "I don't smoke"

Good Luck wlihntr if you really want to do it you can, just think of the life changes, you'll look back and think "what the hell was I doing"

Just remember it's been more than 24 hours

"you are now a nonsmoker"

Hang Tough. My wife says if she can quit anyone can. She did it cold turkey !!!!!!! I have never smoked or had the desire too after seeing my dad and grandfather really hammer their health into the ground with cigarettes

I quit chewing (again) towards the end of December. I would really like this to be the last time!!! Oh well, one day at a time.
