Feeling Better

I have decided to start feeling better. Not to say that I felt bad before, but its time for me to get into shape. I got started lifting at the gym on campus here a while ago, and tonight I started jogging around the campus. Hopefully by the end of the semester I will not only feel better, but I will look better as well.

trust me, you will feel alot better! i started working out heavy years ago, the first couple of months were ...lets say not good, but then one day BAM! i became in great shape, then i always felt the "need" to exercise as if the same as eating.

i havn't exercised in awhile(medical issues) and i feel it, can't wait to get going again!

and i look real good also! my wife always tells me i am too modest.

I have been not feeling good for a while but not that long ago I started to change my diet and take vitamins and I feel the best I felt for several years.

I had change my lifestyle about a year ago. I ddn't realize how bad I felt until I started feeling good. Mostly changed my eating habits, just followed the Canada food giude and started to exercise more. Today I have lost 38 lbs, lowered my blood presure from 175/160 to 115/ 106 and cut my cholesterol almost in half. The only problem now is I have no clothes that fit and I am to cheap to buy new ones
