I think it's just you.
BTW I'm having my leveling kit installed friday. Does anyone know the alignment specs for the 04's, the shop doesn't have them yet.--Jack
These are not the same instructions that came with my kit for the 04 F150. Mine are much more involved and include disconnecting steering linkage and ball joints. They also state that the kit should be installed by a proffesional mech.--Jack

Nope, as usual... I am right again! Those are 5-lug
Shall I let you in on my wisdom? Those wheels are Photochopped onto that truck. That's the same pic Daystar uses on their web site, but it's been altered. Look at the passenger side wheels/tires. They are still the stock wheels. Could this be considered false advertisement?
I really love that look though. And I like those tires.
Take another look...especially at the center caps. They look like a six sided hex cap, which would mean that there are two lugs not visible. I agree that there are stock wheels on the passenger side, but it may be that they just threw on the aluminum wheels for the pics, and left off one or two lugs.
Who woulda figured that folks like us had so much time on their hands that we could possibly notice something lkike that? I also agree that the tires look HOT!!!
Has anyone actually installed a leveling kit on a 2WD. I have an 04 Screw XLT and have no complaints yet, well except one. That would be I dont like how the appearance of the rear end being so high. I want to put on a leveling kit but dont know what direction to go. The options I know about are #1 font coil spacers, cheapest or suspension lift. The problem with the suspension lift is the kit will raise the back about an inch. I am only looking to raise the front end. I dont want to lower the rear either because I tow and need the clearance. If you have a 2wd and have lifted let me know the way to go. Cheers

I see no reason why the Daystar kit would not work on a 2WD.
Call 4wheel parts and ask them. 1-800-284-9840. You could also look into lowering the rear.-Jack
