I have a diablo sport chip installed. I don't know what power setting it is on. Ford dealer set the power level. I do know it will get and go, and smoke if you throttle up quick. My question is there a way to check or know some WHAT the EGT'S are? I have 3.5 down pipe and 4 " exhaust should I be concerned with EGT?
I have just put the chip back in after it was out for several months. I just drove the truck about a thousand mile trip. The only thing I noticed was the AIS filter minder will close if I throttle up hard. Okay so don't blast me about gauges I know I know.
Who'd you buy the chip from? If you got it from us I can tell you what power level it was programmed for. Whether or not EGTs should be a concern depends entirely on how the chip was programmed. If you got it from them, find out the code they burned it with and I'll see if I can track it down with Diablo.
