Yess, on the passenger side. There is usually a short piece of pipe between where the 2 pipes go into the cat. converter. It is kind of "H" shaped.
It will be in the pipe connected in between the two pipes. A 7/8" wrench will usually take it out.

its been my experience that when the cat goes bad , its a good idea to replace the o2 also. i have never heard of a set milage for them, the slow reaction is usually caused by a cat that is starting o plug.there are other reasons of course , you can slso test th with a50.00 tester from a parts store, good luck,bob
