If your truck is 2wd you can get them at Summit, JC Whitney, and Clifford. Summit is the cheapest at $135 for Headmans. If it is 4wd the only place I fould was Clifford

for a '91 (actually since at least 1980), those headers can all be used on 2wd or 4wd, the underside is exactly the same in the header paths. you may have to route tubing past that a bit differently, but that shouldnt be too big a deal.

Do you happen to have a url for the headers on summit? When I was on Summit I couldn't find anything for the L6. I love Summit...but their organization sucks. They could take a lesson or two from this forum, in how it is so well laid out.

Also, does the engine have to be pulled in order to install the headers? And the stock exhaust will bolt up pretty cleanly, right?

i had mine installed for 300 bucks. mmmmm maybe not worth it, at the time it was. if you have basic hand tools and 3 or 4 days to do it (a couple hours a day) do it youself. but if you are not confident, take it to a shop. but just like anything, doing it yourself insures that you can do it right.

there is absolutly no change from 87-96 except maybe some software in the computer. and structuarily, everything is pretty much the same since 1980.

shouldnt be too hard to toss em on, though ive heard that you may have to grind down some accesory bracketry, and youll have to fab the pipes from the collectors back.
