95 ranger timing marks

95 ranger timing marks
i have a 95 2.3 ranger.i looked in archives but didnt find exactly what i need.---------------the timing belt is off..gears were moved...i see two marks(holes) on the main shaft pully...i see one big notch and one small etched diamond shape on the cam....teh "secondary" pulley is not important correct?so can someone please tell me what i need to line up(pointed at each other..straight up..??) and can this be done without removing the front plastic cover(seems impossible)-----thanks in advance.
