Lift interchangable?

Lift interchangable?
I know they are not immediately interchangeable, but after a SAS would a lift for a 78 bronco fir a newly Straight Axle 91 150?
I am wondering cause I am looking at purchasing a donor truck and for a bit extra owner will throw in a 4 inch lift.
Am waiting on owner to contact me again via email for prices, and motor/tranny info, and then I will try and get some pics.

What about building up that 78 Bronco into a dedicated rig?
In some states its feasible to build those 351M and 400 into a good engine for 4x4. Arkansas is one of them. Check FTE
engine forum and this site that is a club for 78 & 79 Bronco owners.
