decode door sticker

does anybody have the chart that translates what the sticker on the door reads? the one that tells you what rear end you have and wether or not its a limited slip.

I tryed running my truck but i my sticker dosent match up.

Here are my numbers

E4/UA/44

MB-133 =133" WB
GVW-F268
BODY-DR4
TRANS-E = E40D
AXLE-C5
TAPE-D
SPRING-64F

can some one decifer the rest for me.
