Anybody else hear about this today? Evidently some fat ladys husband is suing the cable tv co because he claims watching it made her fat. My understanding is that they called and had their cable tv disconnected, but service was still there and they were not getting billed for it. So, gee, the lazy wife sat there watching it (for free) and got fat. Wow! And to think that they have the nerve to sue the cable Co after stealing cable tv. It's a good thing I won't be the judge or on the jury for this friviolous lawsuit. Case dismissed AND plantiff must repay the defendants legal expenses AND plaintiff must reimburse to county for the judges time, etc. What kind of drugs are people on nowdays???

Sounds kinda dumb.but maybe she got fat when the cable guy installed the cable without her husband home at the time!

 

not only is he suing because they got fat, but because it it warped his kids because they sat around watching it too....the big kicker...he wants $3,000 or 3 computers with lifetime internet from the cable company....so much for the fat defense

Actually $5k. With all that free cable internet and PC's for his entire disgusting family, his wife can get even fatter, his kids can transgress into lazy internet surfers, and daddyo can increases his smoking and drinking. In the end he will want to sue again for them giving him too much bandwidth causing his new problems.

 

maybe they should just give them free cable and internet, and then they can get so fat they can't reproduce.the gene pool would be better off

Whoa! I sure wouldn't want to get the Rover too close to that quivering mass of lard - even if it somehow survived, I'm sure most of the sensors would blow out with all the elements they would detect. Much worse, the powerful wavelengths of all that concentrated stupidity would overload the communications system.
