replacement accessory plug/element?

replacement accessory plug/element?
Greetings, all !!
I have a 2002 F-250 SD. The accessory plug-in element (used for cell phone adaptors, etc) doesn't work. The fuse is fine.
Does anybody know what years are interchangeable for the accessory plug-in element and modular plug-in (the wire hook up) for my year truck? Is the accessory element the same for '99-'04? or ???
Actually, the accessory door and one of the plastic footings broke so I fabbed a new plate to house the plug-in element out of metal. So, the replacement element has to be the same diameter (1 1/8") as my '02.
Anyone know where I could get a same diameter replacement otherwise?
