Front Axle Question?

To answer your question you will probably have a TTB axle (independent and hinges in middle). You either have a Dana 44 or a Dana 50. To tell the 2 apart it is fairly simple. The Dana 50 has clips on the outside of the knuckles and are clearly visaple on top of the caps. The dana 44 has the clips on the inside of the knuckle and are not present on the top of the caps.

It all depends there were quite a few different ratios so you will have to look at the tag on the rear axle on the back on the diff cover held on by a bolt that holds the cover on read the bottom left corner to see the ratio. example mine is 4L10 that means it has 4:10 gears with limited slip. Don't get alarmed if your tag isn't there sometimes they get torn off.
