Sorry to hear about your problems!
I been there with frustrating problems.
Does the ford dealer have it right now?
you said you had an service eng light on ,twice ,how did you remedy the light the first time? did dealer reset it and get the codes?
If so what were the codes.
What model superduty is it ?
Did you have to jump it to get it started?
Were the bateries chkd for bad cells, I know the truck is new but stranger things have happened.
Have you had alot of rain where you live ?
was your truck connected to a trailer/or travel trailer while parked?
when was the last time you ran it prior to Mon.am?
Just looking for a time frame in which your batteries went dead in.
Let us know the outcome!
Welcome to FTE by The way!

Hello Rich, and thanks for replying! I have an 02' F-350 Crew,LB, 4x4 Lariat (8500 miles). The first engine light cleard itself before I made it to the dealer. However, the code on was on the #5 glo-plug circuit. The dealer cleard it and said bring it back if it comes on again. Two weeks later it came on. They scheduled me in for a week later and then there computer broke on the day I was to bring it in. That was last week. Monday Morning it was totally dead. I had it towed to another dealer within a few hours. (suposedly a more repitable dealer). They called me yesterday to tell there is a deffinite draw on the system, but they don't know what the problem is as of yet. No rain in central california as long as I've owned it to speak of. No trailer was hooked up to it. No mod's to the truck at all to date. The truck runs every day. I last ran it the evening before with no indication of a problem with exception to the engine light.
glow plug relay staying on,draining the batteries. Its called the gpcm module
They may have already eliminated it, but ask maybe
Rich
No thanks! I'd rather pee in an electrical outlet! >"unauthorized" draw on a truck's electrical system or any
>system for that matter!
No thanks! I'd rather pee in an >electrical outlet!
mater of fact I have Monsta ! '
''
'start by taking all fuses out /putting them in one by one.with amp probe between positive terminal and the battery
With todays testers and computers this problem should not be to hard!!!!
I won't pee into an electrical outlet i'll let you do that!!!
