I got a set made by Flowtech for $138. I have a 97 Explorer AWD V8 (5.0) checkout the following URL:

I bought them about a week before Christmas and another friend just ordered a set the other day.
Note however, I had to get the right side modified to accept the air injection tube since my Explorer has the Calif emissions which was just a matter of threading the header to accept the air pipe. I had the entire Y-pipe fabricated with a slightly larger piping, I think the muffler shop used 2.75" or 3" piping since it was pretty crusty. My Explorer is still CA emissions certified since all the required O2 sensors and plumbing are in place.
My flowmaster exhaust sounds much better with the headers and gained about 2 MPG on the highway, city mileage is at 14MPG, it even feels like it's got a little more power.

Which part number did you buy the #12000, #32000 or the #48200? How was the fit besides the air tube mods? Do you think they will connect to factory y-pipe? The reason I ask this question is because I live in San Antonio Tx and no one is willing to replace the factory 4 cats w/2 hi flow cats. If anyone that lives in the San Antonio area knows of a muffler shop that does this type of work shoot me reply.

I bought the 12000, the fit was very good, you'll have to watch out for the spark plug wires so they don't hang or sit on the headers. I used to tie wrap to pull the wires up and away from the headers and also used a high temp boot wrap. The muffler shop I had the work done at made a new Y pipe since my stock one was pretty junky. He did an awesome job. I also had replaced the stock cats with a set of high flows. He charged me $235 for the install/parts/labor. There's gotta be a shop in the San Antonio area that would do the same, I can understand shops like a "MIDAS" won't touch it but there's certainly a private shop that would.
