Tire Pressure

I run 35 12.5 16.5 bfg at mud radials and here is the problem my truck won't fit in my garage 6ft 9in opening my truck sits 7ft 6in so I was thinkin about letting the air out of the tires and driving it in then airing back up. How flat can I go? Will this hurt my tires?
Thanks in advance

From your numbers, you would have to air down enough to get 9" more clearance. I'd go and measure just how much tire you have between the rim and the ground - there may not be 9 inches available.

Those BFGs can be aired down to about 10 psi before you have to worry about unseating a bead. 16.5 rims do not have the large bead retainer that 16 inch rims do, so you can't go too low.

Why not try dropping air pressure in one front tire to 10 psi and seeing what sort of drop you get. That will give you the answer right away.

PS: My F250 stays outside for the same reason that you mentioned.....
