i had an uncle who kind of had a problem. he hardly kept in touch with the family, if even at all. drank alot. unemployed. lived up in Duluth Minnesota, it can get pretty cold up there... why would a person live out on the streets if they could check themselves into a mental hospital and have a warm bed and 3 hot meals a day? come spring time though he decided he was rehabilitated. he passed away this summer. i never met him, but he never made an effort to be a part of the family or get help so its his loss
