hey he gets a warm or cool bed for the night and a few meals before they get him back on the streets which appears to be pretty often, where was it from Lexington KY ?

By the looks of his rap sheet, Henry is just a typical bum out on the streets. They must have pretty good food at the county hotel down in Kentucky; the guy seems to like to return on a regular basis. BTW, three strikes generally applies to violent felonies, not being a drunk.

Society exists to help the helpless, obviously this guy can not help himself. It would be a lot cheaper to help this guy kick his habit than keep tossing him in jail and eventually paying for his hospital visits and funeral.
At least he does not drive.
I don't know, I feel more pity for that man than anything else, because he appears to be a lost soul who's greatest crime so far is destroying himself.
Unlike that evil guy that kills 48 women and gets a life sentence instead of immediate execution. He should have been hung until dead with a victim's family member pulling the rope.
