I'm not sure what you mean by "turbo gauge". If you want to measure exhaust temps you need a pyrometer. It consists of a gauge, controlmodule in some cases, and a temperature probe. The consensus seems to be that the probe should be pre-turbo with the accepted position in the driver's side exhaust manifold.
If you want to measure boost then you'll need the boost gauge and assorted connector pieces which will probably come with the setup.
In addition to the gauge you'll need some sort of gauge pod to hold the gauge.
