Will 31x10.5s fit on 99 2wd

I have 1999 2x4 supercab ranger
I wanna put 31 10.5 15 Michellen all terrains on it
i asked the guys at some tire shops and they were retarted and were no help
If I put these size tires on it will there be enough clerance to still have my full turning radias, and for the suspension to travel in the front end, theres plenty of room in the rear
