Blue anything is Illegal in Washington.
Members get pulled over for having Blue windshield washer squirter's. How insane is that !
Clears would be 100% legal with said amber bulbs in a 78-79 truck.
Having owned my 78 for some time know, aftermarket see's little interest for aftermarket products for these older trucks.

In California its totally illegal to have red bulbs.. which is a DEFINATE pullover and ticket. Blue lights are up to the polices discretion.. which in my town, i wouldnt get pulled over for it. And as for the camshafts California has the strictest smog laws for some gay reason
