88 F250 fuel problem

Hey all you ford guys and gals. I've got problems with my f250 with a 460. And am green on T/S this sys. I've had some problems
for a year or so when you turn the key on the fuel pump would not run momentarily as it should. So I would mess with the relays on the LH wheel well and it would go. Can't find any loose wires
and connections seem fine. Well now the pump runs but the truck won't start. I've got press to the fuel manifold but still not start.
I have spark. Any good quick trouble shooting tips out there to help me out.

I need to know if its possible to check the voltage to the injectors
when you just crank the eng. and if there is a way to check the crank shaft sensor and where its located? And is it possible it could be the computer? chilton doesnt give a test for injectors input volts.
