93 Explorer stalling
Hi
I just purchased a 1995 Explorer with 4.0 6.
The vehicle seems to be “underpowered” and stalls intermittently at stops and turns.
Have replaced mass flow sensor and previous owner appears to have replaced most if not all sensors
Fuel system is proper pressure, replaced all filters
Computer shows “everything OK’

It still may be fuel pressure
Some fuel pressure regulators with a lot of miles can wear a bevel on one side of the seat. This is caused by long term wear from a slightly off center spring. At high vacuum conditions, like idle, the valve slips to the side and sticks open. Measure the pressure when it isn't stuck and it is just fine. Had that problem with my 92 at stoplights and always at the same highway turn. Only found it by substitution and cutting the pld one open. If you have exhausted other possibilities, I would change it.
