Rancho Ext. Radius Arms Question
) and I have everything except the install instructions. Does anyone have the measurement for moving the radius arm brackets and or any other Rancho specific info. (Maybe if I'm really, really lucky, someone may have the manual in some form that could be posted to the tech section or my email inbox
)Skyjacker is the only company that has the manual for the TTB's online.(Why is that?)Any help would be appreciated. (Especially if it comes before I something up.)

...and who pulls the Chevys out when they get stuck? In the Chevy forums nobody seems to be willing to help out other Chevys. Well, at least not without a fee. Maybe their BowTies are too tight???

Then install the new arms and brackets, line up the axle with the original measurement, and mark/drill the frame through the bracket.

15" is the correct number for relocating the radius arm brackets.
The last time I went looking I could only find the larger style radius arm bushings to be made by Superlift. That was in 2019 or so. There may be others but I'm not aware of any. Most of the others are not as tall as these.
Also take note of the following picture:
It shows that you are to use the taller bushing by itself or the shorter bushing with the wedding band spacer. Even without the spacer I think the alignment shop could correct any issues that may present itself, but having the front axle assembly mounted too far back may cause tire rubbing problems and/or reduced positive caster

I know of a few places local where you can probably get those parts NOS

I have the Rancho long arm kit on my F150. I had to add about 1/2" of large washers to the bushing stack in place of any missing (or not) wedding band spacers, in addition to the taller bushings because my 33x12.5s would rub the back of the wheel openings ONLY when backing up and turning full lock.
I don't know what was originally on this truck because back in 1994 when I had this done I had an (later known) incompetent shop install the lift, which I have had to correct several issues they didn't do correctly.

BDS has something that looks similar as far as being a little taller:

Just a few years ago I installed the Superlift long arm on a FSB and I will tell you that the newer Superlift arms are much more superior to the old Rancho arms in that the Rancho arms are straight tubing and the Superlift are bent to allow tire at lock clearance and the Superlift seem to have a little more caster built into them.
Loss of caster is usually one prominent problem that contributes the most to people complaining about poor handling in a lifted big tired vehicle.
