1965f100 Christmas present
My wife just gave me a 65 F100 for christmas this will be third f100 and forth ford truck anyone know where I can vin/warrenty plate codes from

Seriously, congrats! !st on a great wife and 2nd an excellent Choice of gifts for you.
When you want to get around to having your own "Data" plate stamped, I can turn you on to "The Man" out in AZ. All you need is a legitimate proof of ownership (aka Title showing S/N - VIN) you want to use, and FoMoCo numbers for Options you want to claim as being "On Board".
I have my correct 66 S/N but a 79 460 engine #, a 75 C-5 A/T # and so forth. IOW my data plate reflects what's truly in my Slick.
I mean equipment, specs, color, trim, axles, everything.
Only body, title & S/N are 66. The rest ranges from 61-79!

Yes I must be the luckiest guy on earth. Ok the guy she bought it from is lucky also, he drove it over to our house yesterday and it lost a wheel cylinder (so look mom no brakes).
You got to love those signal master cylinders. The guy was like "ahhh I am fortunate to be here." I guess so... I'm still happy with the truck regardless, and fixing a wheel cylinder isn't that big a deal. 'Course..being in Oregon, we have to wait for it to dry out here. Thanks for the info. I will post pics as soon as the rain lets up.

Cool picture; Great Wife,I'd keep her if I was you.My wife and kids got me 66 F-100 240 3spd custom cab ;89000 1 owner miles. I drive it a couple of days aweek. My entire family loves "Stuart". enjoy.
