Probably need a bit more information before attempting a helpful answer.
What size trailer, what type hitch are you using?
What weight is the trailer completely loaded.
Do ou know the weight of the tong.
These will help.

It turns our big best into more of a sports car... where you can take turns at more than a snails pace
( and feel much more in control than without! )
What you will feel WITH the rear sway is that the inside rear tire/corner of your truck will not feel like it's about to flip over to the outside of a turn when you're going a little faster than you should !
it also helps with the side to side rocking you feel if you are running down the side of a secondary road that has dips on the right side....
Well worth it....
( and feel much more in control than without! )
