Question Unbalanced driveshaft?

My truck's driveshaft (in signature) has one of the weights falling off. It is supposed to be held on both sides of it and one side has come off and it is sticking up a bit. There is no noticable vabration when driving. How should I fix this? I have to take my driveshaft out soon to replace the u-joints anyway. Should I just get a new driveshaft or should I take it somewhere to get fixed? Or can I just tack a small weld to hold it on? Thanks.

Best bet Is to get another Shaft or Take it some place to get it rebalanced. You could tack it back but That'd add a small amount of weight and throw it off balance. If your Truck is a 4x4 I'd get another shaft and carry the old as a spare.
