What a machine !
I had to move my '82 Ford w/400 today, to make way for holiday visitors upcoming...
So I chain-sawed some small trees down on my property next door, and opened up the old access road that was used to build my garage long time ago. I had to pull in there over snow banks and a pretty big drainage ditch along the paved road, it looked like a letter "S" laying on it's side in contour. Everything is melting snow and mud, and I was thinking, man, I hope I don't get stuck in here. Locked the hubs, put her in 4WD low range, shifted into granny 1st, and let the clutch out.
It went "grrr-rrr-rrr-rrr" and crawled right over and up all that nasty terrain, like it wasn't even there ! I never even hit the gas- it just idled in on the choke fast idle !
I'm likin' this 400 truck- largely ! This sucka will pull over a house !
