Emissions Testing in GA
On the FAQ section of the Georgia Clean Air Force web page (http://www.cleanairforce.com/FAQs.htm) there is a question regarding which vehicles must be tested. The answer states that vehicles with a GVWR of 8,500 lbs or more are exempt from the tests. Since my truck is a 1999 F-250 (GVWR of 8,800 lbs.), I was pleasantly surprised to find this out since it will save me $25 per year as long as I own this truck (hopefully a long time...).
I'm not sure about other states or municipalities requirements for emissions testing. If you are required to pass an emissions test each year, you might want to check into your laws and see if Superduty's are exempt. It might just save you a few dollars!!!

Ouch!!!!!!!!!
Figure this one out. My truck costs $30/2years here, but the slide in camper that goes in the bed costs $95/2 years. The camper has NO WHEELS that touch the road
$95/2yrs?
If so my only rational thought would be weight carried on the road !
like a road use TAX! Thats unbelievable! now heres another thought
a second home! whats this all coming too!

Of course now the wife is threatening to upgrade her F-150 to a F-250.
I can't let her out do me ! Guess I'll have to start shopping for a F-350. GAV-10 ( Mark ):-X12
