Agreed. With my '89's stock 4.10's and 36's (or 35's when I want to put it in the garage,) the bronco gets a bit sluggish. Very slow off the start and around town, but cruises nicely @ 70 MPH & ~2200 RPM on the highway. I think I'll be swapping to 4.56 or maybe even 4.88 in the near future.

Burnt piston, what are you running with your 33's . Anyway my bds lift is paid for extended radius arms ,new rear leaf springs, double steering stablizler and will be on the truck around jan 5, I will be buying a set of 15x10 rims. Now to the tires a friend of mine is going to let me use his 33x12.50 pro comp till i get the gear change, Man the money adds up quick. not sure about the gear change yet but i will have to live with 3.55 at lest till feb

4.10 is wrong for 35's. Go with 4.56 or even 4.88.

I have 4.56 and 33's. The rpm's are slightly higher on the highway, but the sportscar-type zip that it gives me is well worth it.

It makes driving so much more enjoyable.
