Again, I would suggest it is based on manufacturer's GVWR, NOT the actual net weight of the truck on a scale.
It may be a tax scam, but it isn't the reason Ford dominates fleet vehicle sales.

Precisely, a corp. like Fed-Ex may be big enough to manage these types of tax deals but most of what I have found is big fleets are built around reliability and performance.

It is a tax scam for these people buying Hummers. For those of us who need a Super Duty it is a business incentive from the US government to keep the wheels of America turning. I also agree that the Super Duty is the best seller because of its supremecy.
